Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM)

NK cells kill tumour cells when administered INTRACRANIALLY in Stage IV GBM patient

Mr. Jim Redmond was diagnosed with GBM in 2023. After the initial surgery, the tumour came back within a month. He had undergone standard treatment involving radiotherapy, Temozolomide, and surgery. The treatment did not improved his condition with the cancer become resistance towards the treatment. The tumour spread to other places within the brain. After a craniectomy was performed to reduce swelling due to infections, his partner decided to try NK cell therapy.

NK Cell Treatment

Mr. Redmond underwent NK cells treatment which consisted of either NK cells and/or NK Exos daily. The treatment was administered intracranially through the burr hole left from previous craniectomy combined with intravenous administration. The GBM reduced by a single spot after 30 days. Mr. Redmond is more aware of his surrounding, more responsive, and showed better cognitive response.
