Mr. Lim Cheng Yeong, a 47 year old male, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in late December 2015. The cancer cells started to spread quickly to multiple organs, including lungs, bronchial, bone, intrathoracic region and liver. Back then, the only available treatment to him was chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Mr. Lim had exhausted all possible treatments for his condition. He started chemotherapy in January 2016, trans-arterial chemoembolization in August 2016 and radiofrequency ablation therapy in August 2017 with limited improvements.
Hence, Mr. Lim began looking for an alternative treatment with Ming Medical. The suggested treatment involved 12 cycles of activated NK Cells over a period of 4 weeks.
